Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized proactive and detailoriented Corporate Operations Intern with strong communication skills to join our dynamic team in order to gain experience associated with their field of study/interest. This unique paid internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain handson experience working with the Director of Corporate Operations and their departments which includes Administration IT/Systems and Procurement developing essential skills for a career in Business Operations. The Corporate Operations Intern will support daytoday administrative and corporate operations contribute to ongoing projects and assist with various tasks; culminating in a presentation supporting their experience and program takeaways.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Operations Support & Organization
    • Administrative assistance as needed. Including but not limited to: provide support to the Administrative Systems/IT and Procurement teams including scheduling meetings preparing documents managing correspondence crosstraining receptionist duties and any other duties assigned.
    • Highlevel operations meetings attendance and observance.
    • Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient corporate office environment.
    • Managing all forms of correspondence in a timely professional manner.
    • Maintain a paperless filing system to support companywide organization and digital workflows.
  • Project Management Assistance
    • Various projects as assigned.
    • AI implementation opportunities.
    • Document retention.
    • Event planning.
    • Vendor management.
    • Policies and procedures.
  • General Support & Availability
    • Support project by conducting research making calls tracking deliverables and managing deadlines.
    • Prepare materials for meetings and presentations for both internal stakeholders and external guests.
    • Provide receptionist backup coverage as needed.
    • Errands as needed.
