Job Description
A growing organization is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Building Administrator to oversee the daily operations maintenance and facility management of a school campus. This role is critical in ensuring a safe clean and efficient environment for students staff and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills exceptional customer service abilities and the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee daily operations of the school campus ensuring all facilities are functioning smoothly.
- Manage and coordinate maintenance repairs and upgrades for the building and grounds.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations.
- Handle vendor relationships and contract management for services such as cleaning maintenance and security.
- Respond to and resolve any issues or concerns from staff students or visitors.
- Manage facility scheduling and space utilization to optimize campus operations.
- Supervise custodial staff and ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization are maintained throughout the campus.
- Monitor and manage budgets for facilityrelated expenses.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Proven experience in building or facility management preferably in a school or educational setting.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Exceptional organizational and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Leadership experience and ability to manage a team.
- Knowledge of building systems maintenance and safety protocols.
