About The Role
AztechITare seeking a customer focused experienced IT Support Technician to join our Service Delivery Team and based at our client sitein Aberdeen.

Thesuccessful IT Support Technician will be part of our first responseteamand will ensure that our customer receives an excellent and consistent service experience.
You will be an IT Support Technician that is a natural problem solver with the capacity to work in a fastpacedenvironment Itis essential to have a passion for technology and provide outstanding customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Providing efficient and effective customer service to end users and otherstakeholders providing remote and desk side support.
- Acting as the first point of contact for technical service requests
- Logging and maintaining support issues detail throughout a service ticket lifecycle
- Responding appropriately to more complex problems through escalation
- Prioritisation and management of workload to ensure client SLAs are met
- Supplying a high standard of customer service in line withAztechITs standards
- Owning managing and resolving incidents completing requests and change requests in line with our SLAs
- Delivering against our KPIs
- Workin accordance with company values policies procedures and standards.
Skills / Attributes Required
- 12 years demonstrableexperience providing IT support for internal IT users both remotelyanddeskside.
- Previous experiencewith office move / relocations.
- Clear and confident communicator at all levels and abilities.
- A proven problemsolver and good asset management.
- Able to deliver and troubleshoot complex technical solutions.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.

Package Details
- Salary is up to 32k p and this is depending on your experience and accreditations
- 24Days Holiday Increasing with 3 years service
- The hours of work are 37.5 per week. Applicants must be flexible to work additional hours to fulfil the requirements of the job role.
- Permanently based at Aztech ITs clients site in Aberdeen city centre Monday to Friday.
