Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Assistant to join our growing team in Birmingham AL. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others solving problems efficiently and contributing to the success of a client-first organization. As a Customer Support Assistant you will serve as the first point of contact for our users ensuring their questions are answered and concerns are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and internal ticketing systems
Troubleshoot and resolve client issues with accuracy and empathy
Document customer interactions and escalate complex cases when needed
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
Provide feedback to product and development teams based on user experience
Assist in creating customer service documentation and support materials
Track issues and ensure timely follow-up and resolution
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred
1 year of experience in customer support client services or a related role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask stay organized and manage time efficiently
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with support platforms and office software (e.g. CRM systems MS Office)
A calm patient and professional demeanor when handling customer interactions
