We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Support Assistant to join our growing team. In this role you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and users ensuring their questions are answered and their issues resolved efficiently and professionally. Youll be instrumental in building and maintaining strong customer relationships that reflect the values of Every Word Code.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and internal ticketing systems
Resolve technical and account-related issues in a timely manner
Document common problems and resolutions to improve support workflows
Collaborate with the product and development teams to report bugs and feature requests
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM tools as needed
Deliver exceptional service that aligns with our customer-first approach
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred
1 year of experience in customer service or technical support
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Comfortable using customer support software CRM systems and basic tech tools
A patient empathetic and problem-solving mindset
