Job Description

Our 100 employeeowned company is seeking a licensed Health Facility Administrator (HFA) for our skilled nursing facility which includes a memory care unit in Garrett Indiana.

As a Health Facility Administrator at Millers you are responsible for oversight of all phases of the operation of your building.  You plan advise organize direct manage and evaluate services provided to the patients and employees and comply with company policy and the State and Federal regulations governing those services.  You function under a larger Corporate structure which offers resources and support and defines policy and reporting requirements. 


    Qualifications :

             A licensed Health Facility Administrator with proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting
