Job Description
Performs installation and maintenance of hardware software and network resources
necessary for task execution (desktop/laptop computers tablets phones printers
etc.) including ensuring the necessary software is available;
Assigns specific user rights within the ERP
Responds promptly to reported user issues (equipment software network problems)
to efficiently resolve user disruptions;
Performs daily system checks (servers networks etc.);
Adjusts system performance settings;
Trains employees in using the Information System;
Cooperates with external service providers for installation and/or maintenance of IT
equipment/software and networks and supervises their work;
Proposes the procurement of software packages and IT equipment and participates in
procurement upon approval;
Collaborates with responsible personnel in affiliated legal entities to coordinate
relevant tasks;
Cooperates with other organizational units within the company on matters within their
scope of work;
Responsible for timely and accurate data entry into the IS proper data storage and for
making updates and/or additions in accordance with internal regulations and
authorizations;
Performs tasks in accordance with regulations and internal company policies;
Applies occupational safety and health measures fire protection environmental
protection and safe work instructions as per regulations and internal policies;
Performs other duties assigned by the Director .
