Creative Lead 12 month FTC

Location: Stirling

The Creative Lead will the design/creative function & oversee the production of creative assets to support Marketing campaign and client engagement ensuring alignment with the companys brand strategy and objectives. This role involves managing a team of creative professionals collaborating with various departments and delivering highquality creative solutions that drive engagement and business growth.

The role is a hands role that will oversee the production of Regulatory documents; Digital media (email/web graphics); Exhibition material; video production; and brochures magazines and PDFs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of designers and other creative professionals to produce innovative and effective marketing materials.
  • Develop and execute creative strategies that align with the companys brand and marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign .
  • Oversee the entire creative process from concept development to final delivery ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Maintain a high standard of quality and consistency across all creative outputs. (on brand)
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the creative process and deliver cuttingedge solutions.
  • Manage relationships with external creative agencies and vendors as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Graphic Design Fine Arts or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role preferably within a creative agency or marketing department.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and other relevant design software.
  • Strong understanding of branding marketing principles and digital media.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with video production and editing.
  • Knowledge of web design and user experience (UX) principles.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing and content creation.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
