Job Description

This position is based in Bedfordview Johannesburg.
Duties will include but is not limited to:
- Capture transactions in accounting records
- Perform reconciliations
- Perform bookkeeping to balance sheet
- Prepare financial statements
- Perform tax calculations and complete tax returns
- Complete VAT submissions and calculations
- Perform general accounting functions
- Assist managers with various client matters including administrative work
- Payroll duties
- PAYE calculations and submissions
- CIPC registrations queries and submissions
- Advising clients
Qualifications:
- Must hold a BCom degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance
- Currently enrolled or planning to enrol in the SAICA Training Programme
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Have your own vehicle and a clean driving licence
