- he Porter is responsible for moving maintaining and keeping the vehicles clean/organized. Primary objectives include ensuring customer satisfaction and retention and assisting the sales and service departments as needed. The Porter is responsible for moving maintaining and keeping the vehicles clean/organized.
- Makes and implements decisions regarding maintaining moving and cleaning vehicles.
- Keeps service lot neat and orderly.
- Moves dealership vehicles as needed.
- Ability to follow instructions closely
- Timemanagement and multitasking skills to handle multiple vehicle requests on busy days
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safe driving
- Attention to detail to keep track of all vehicles
- Willingness to take responsibility for highvalue vehicles
- Maintains used vehicle appearance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles replenishing fluids and replacing batteries as needed.
- Utilizes all available information to ensure proper resolution of problems
- Provides prompt efficient and quality service to the customers and dealership.
- Takes the initiative to exceed customer satisfaction even if it requires overcoming obstacles.
- Cleans dealership areas (e.g. walkways and sidewalks) as needed
- Maintain professional business attire and appearance
- Bilingual is always a plus
- Selfmotivated and a team player
- Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid Drivers License
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass preemployment screenings (background check)
- Must be able to operate stick shift transmission

Job Type: Fulltime
Pay: $13.00 $15.00 per hour
