Job Description

What Youll Do:

  • Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team providing guidance mentorship and support to ensure the teams success.
  • Take direct responsibility to source for some Senior role or Niche roles for Gurgaon and Kochi location
  • Ready to commute for various campus drive coverage to hiring initiatives planned for other location with India region.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the tech industry including passive candidates and diverse talent pools.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans to fulfill those needs.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing screening interviewing and negotiating offers ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage.
  • Utilize datadriven insights and metrics to continuously evaluate and optimize recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends market conditions and best practices in talent acquisition and incorporate them into our recruitment approach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners including recruitment agencies universities and industry associations to expand our talent network and enhance our employer brand.
  • Manage recruitmentrelated projects and initiatives as assigned demonstrating strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to update and improve employee referral programs social media strategies competencybased interview guides internal talent acquisition strategies and SOTI branding.
  • Develop cost effective efficient solutions to address current and future staffing needs including proactive sourcing advertising prescreening assessments references etc.
  • Develop track and report on Talent Acquisition activity and performance and leverage technology and automation to improve the effectiveness of recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience while minimizing costs.
  • Build and cultivate longterm relationships with key universities & colleges and community partners to develop our university pipeline.
  • Establish partnerships with local colleges universities community programs to build a pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Manage Campus Recruiters & Lead the fullcycle recruiting process for undergraduate and graduatelevel candidates to our coop & internship programs.
  • Well versed with ATS and ability to measure team performance and Performance SLAs

Roles and Responsibilities for Campus Recruitment:

  • Manage Campus Recruiters & Lead the fullcycle recruiting process for undergraduate and graduatelevel candidates to our coop & internship programs.
  • Build and roll out a campus recruitment program establish campus relationships with key stakeholders (faculty career centers/placement offices and partnership teams) across India for intern and new grad hiring speaker series and research collaboration.
  • Elevating the intern engagement program year over year inclusive of events soft skills training and manager training.
  • Build and cultivate longterm relationships with key universities & in partnership via research.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 9 14years of leadership experience within Talent Acquisition with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the tech industry.
  • Understanding of Software Development IT Product hiring and various roles encompassing across multiple technology stacks
  • Postsecondary education in Human Resources Business Administration or a related discipline masters degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience in leading a team of professionals proven people management skills with the ability to coach lead direct mentor and motivate a multilocation team and create an engaging performance focused working environment.
  • Depth of experience/knowledge in Talent Acquisition including targeted sourcing strategies social media campaigns and candidate assessment
  • Proactive leader with exceptional decisionmaking skills and the ability to manage expectations effectively to successfully achieve multiple competing priorities.
  • A strong understanding of human resources programs policies and practices related to recruitment employment equity and workplace diversity.
  • Act as a strategic and analytical thinker with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with senior executives and various corporate functions.
  • Proven ability to bring new and creative ideas strategies and initiatives.
  • Superior ability to make an impact influence decisions and nurture relationships.
  • Proven track record of successfully building and leading highperforming talent acquisition teams.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment best practices including sourcing strategies candidate assessment methods and employment branding.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decisionmaking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fastpaced highgrowth environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
