AtHigher Ground Education were driven by a deep desire to bring about widespread change in education today. To meet the needs of todays students and to bring about true progress in the world around us we need an education model that fosters independence and develops competent capable actionoriented thinkers and change agents.We believe that the key to international education reform lies in modernizing and mainstreaming the hugely impactful Montessori pedagogy.
Since our founding in 2016 we have opened over 120 beautiful schools across the U.S. serving students from birth through high school. We have also launched an innovative training organization to fuel our growth. Were on track to continue opening 20 per year.
About the Role
Were looking for Operations Coordinators to ensure the operational success of our schools. This is a critical role and we are in search of individuals who are experts at using systems problem solvers effective at creating processes but also individuals who are skilled at coaching others. We are looking for someone who is motivated to provide a high level of customer support to our school leaders and will look for ways to make their work easier. If youre excited about working in an entrepreneurial environment and solving problems to drive widespread change in education this role is for you.
Operations Coordinators will work directly with our Operations School Success and School Leadership Teams. This individual will:
- Setupschoolleaders foroperationalsuccess
- Deliver exceptionalsupport to school leaders through training and coaching
- Be highly responsive and provide topnotch customer service through help tickets and leanin support as needed
- Develop document organize and adapt operationalresources tools and trainings
- Manage school focused technology systems
- Continually evaluate and improve usage of our existing school technology systems to best meet needs
- Write and edit parentfacing documents like parent handbooks parent calendars templated emails enrollment formssurveysetc.
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure individual school operations are in order
- Complete a series of detailed tasks each time a new school opens
- Regularly contribute to crosscutting operational projects and efforts to support our school leaders

- 2 years of experiencein educationand/or business operations
- Open to travel
