Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced LeadDeveloperto drive the design development and deployment of cuttingedge network management and orchestration solutions for Wireless LAN devices. In this role you will lead a team in building scalable highperformance systems in cloudnative environments leveraging your expertise in Java/Go and your deep understanding of wireless networking protocols and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect & Develop: Lead the design and development of network management and orchestration solutions for Wireless LAN devices focusing on cloudnative applications and microservices using Java and/or Go.

Cloud Platforms: Build and optimize scalable systems on cloud platforms like AWS GCP or Azure ensuring distributed systems reliability and efficiency.

WiFi Management: Implement solutions for WiFi device management client provisioning and network optimization covering technologies like WiFi 5 802.11ac) WiFi 6 802.11ax) and WiFi 6E.

CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work with product managers QA engineers and network architects to define and deliver features on schedule.

API Development: Design and maintain robust RESTful APIs for seamless integration with network devices cloud platforms and thirdparty services.

Database Management: Utilize SQL (e.g. PostgreSQL MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g. MongoDB Cassandra DynamoDB) technologies for efficient data storage and retrieval.

EventDriven Architecture: Implement messaging systems like Kafka RabbitMQ or ActiveMQ for realtime communication and orchestration.

CI/CD and DevOps: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins GitLab CI or CircleCI ensuring rapid and reliable feature delivery.

System Optimization: Analyze and enhance system performance focusing on lowlatency highthroughput applications in wireless networking.

Troubleshooting: Lead efforts to identify and resolve complex technical issues particularly in distributed systems network performance and connectivity.

Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers promoting high coding standards efficient practices and a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Programming Languages: Proficient in Java (Java 8 and/or Go for backend development in microservices architectures.

Cloud & Microservices: Strong experience in cloudnative designs with AWS GCP or Azure.

Database Expertise: Advanced knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB Cassandra DynamoDB Elasticsearch) databases including data modeling and optimization.

Messaging Systems: Handson experience with Kafka RabbitMQ or similar systems for eventdriven communication.

WiFi Standards & Protocols: Indepth understanding of WiFi 5 802.11ac) WiFi 6 802.11ax) WiFi 6E and legacy standards like 802.11n. Familiarity with protocols such as TCP/IP DNS DHCP HTTP/HTTPS and SNMP.

WiFi Security: Expertise in security protocols including WPA3 WPA2 802.1X RADIUS and AES encryption.

API Development & Testing: Proven ability to develop and test RESTful APIs for device and service integration.

Performance Optimization: Strong analytical skills for optimizing system performance and scalability in distributed environments.

Agile Methodologies: Comfortable working in Agile environments (Scrum Kanban).

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams manage tasks and deliver complex projects on time.

Experience Requirements:

13 years of software development experience with at least 5 years in a lead or senior engineer role focusing on network management and orchestration in the WiFi domain.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with advanced WiFi optimization techniques.

Certification in cloud platforms or networking technologies.

Contribution to opensource networking projects.
