Role Overview
As an Associate/ Sr. Associate (Client Servicing/Account Management) at Crio you will act as a key liaison between Crios learners and hiring partners ensuring smooth coordination and of recruitment drives. You will be responsible for understanding client hiring needs aligning them with Crios talent pool and managing endtoend recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Recruitment Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Crios learners and hiring partners.
- Engage with hiring partners to gather technical requirements musthave and goodtohave skills hiring processes and expected closure timelines.
- Consult and negotiate with clients on skill requirements experience levels notice periods and hiring processes to align with Crios talent capabilities.
Recruitment Operations & Coordination
- Manage endtoend recruitment drives acting as an extended arm of the clients TA team.
- Ensure realtime tracking and updates of candidate movements on Crios internal ATS.
- Collaborate with Crios Career Services Team to facilitate candidate preparation availability coordination and postinterview analysis (RCA for rejected candidates).
- Capture feedback at both JD and candidate levels from hiring partners for process improvements.
Account Farming & Offer Management
- Develop and nurture relationships with onboarded hiring partners to maximize engagement and future hiring opportunities.
- Track and report weekly and monthly offer projections ensuring datadriven insights for hiring trends.
Who You Are
- 06 2 years of experience in account management recruitment coordination or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of technical hiring and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms and recruitment tracking systems.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
