Job Description

Occupational therapist will be working in our onsite classroom together with a team of educators and a speech therapist. The ideal candidate for this open position is an occupational therapist or a COTA who has experience working with children diagnosed with autism in a classroom environment.
Location: Westlake
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapy for licensure in the State of Ohio.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team approach
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy to students in the Autism classroom onsite.
- Collaborate consult and plan with other team members
- Attend supervision departmental and agency meetings.
- Provide supervision to volunteers and students as assigned.
- Attend continuing education opportunities to maintain current licensure.
- Participate with supervisor in developing and implementing a plan for professional growth aligned with annual performance evaluation and agency goals.
- Serve on agency committees.
