Tour Guide Positions Open for Spring & Summer 2025 Discover Canada Tours
Location: Vancouver BC
Employment Type: Seasonal FullTime & PartTime Positions Available
Start Date: April 2025

What Youll Be Doing
As a Tour Guide youll be the heart and soul of our tours bringing Canadas beauty and stories to life. Every day is different filled with opportunities to:
- Lead groups of diverse travelers on exciting tours through Western Canada from the Rockies to the West Coast.
- Share stories fun facts and insights into Canadas culture history and landscapes.
- Create a welcoming fun and safe environment for all travelers.
- Handle logistics manage schedules and keep the group on track.
- Build connections and lifelong memories with travelers from across the globe!

What Were Looking For
- Great storytelling skills you know how to keep a crowd entertained.
- Excellent people skills with the ability to connect with travelers from all walks of life.
- Reliability adaptability and a knack for handling onthego logistics.
- Previous guiding experience is a plus but not required we provide training for the right candidates!
- A love for Canada and travel bonus points if you know your way around Western Canada!
Requirements
- Ability to work weekends and some evenings.
- Criminal Record Check (Vulnerable Sector) We also work with Students!
- Occupational First Aid certification including CPRC (or willing to obtain).
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.

Payment Structure
Competitive wage based on experience and qualifications (to be discussed)
- Average of $2025 p/h Step on Guides Most Tours are based on a set tour rate
- Average of $2230 p/h for Drivers and Driver Guides Most tours are base on a set tour rate
- Training and Training Tours conducted at minimum wage
Additional Notes
- Only suitable candidates will be contacted.
- All potential hires are required to be able to get to departure points on their own.
- One of our major departure points is Canada Place in downtown Vancouver.
