As a recruiter at MatchBox Consulting Group youll play a pivotal role in connecting top talent with exciting opportunities driving success for both candidates and clients. Youll actively engage with candidates in person over the phone and via video building meaningful relationships that unlock potential and create lasting impact.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Attracting candidates and matching them to positions with client companies through inperson meetings phone calls and video interviews.
- Developing a strong understanding of client companies including their industry operations and workplace culture.
- Using social media to advertise positions attract candidates and build relationships with both candidates and employers.
- Headhunting identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be employed.
- Briefing candidates on responsibilities salary and benefits for open roles.
- Preparing CVs and correspondence to present suitable applicants to clients.
- Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client leveraging inperson phone and video formats.
Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in a recruitment or sales role.
- Exceptional communication skills written and oral with experience engaging with candidates in person over the phone and via video.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent education.
- Proven experience managing a high volume of candidates through various recruitment stages.
- Strong attention to detail with a diligent and persistent work ethic.
- Superb organizational skills to balance multiple priorities effectively.
