In this role you will shape best practices collaborate with various departments and monitor the evolving ecommerce market. What you can look forward to as ECommerce Process Specialist:
- Drive the strategic development and global implementation of the ECommerce process landscape Foster global best practice in ECommerce process efficiency
- Act as customer advocate for ECommerce Processes with ZF business stakeholders and conduct training/knowledge transfers
- Develop new and existing processes applying lean & SixSigma methodologies
- Serve as an interface with central and regional functions (especially IT logistics Ops & finance) to enable ecommerce specific processes within the wider ZF organization (e.g. dropshipment) and drive / consult ECommerce projects within local markets.
- Monitor market developments in ecommerce logistics and align closely with global subsidiaries
- Lead the development and operation of marketplace solution for ZF to consolidate order books & penalty management from different ERetailers
Your Profile as Ecommerce Process Specialist:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Management ECommerce Information Technology or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in ECommerce Supply Chain Finance or related fields with a focus on process development implementation or optimization.
- Handson experience in supporting or managing ECommerce processes in a global or multiregional environment.
- Strong understanding of ECommerce platforms order management systems and marketplace solutions.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems and tools that support ECommerce operations (e.g. ERP CRM WMS).
- Experience in logistics dropshipment models or inventory management in an ECommerce context.
- Experience in supporting ECommerce projects with an understanding of project management tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of the European ECommerce market and the market where the position is based including local trends consumer behavior and key players.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process bottlenecks track KPIs and derive actionable insights for improvement.
- Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Team player with the ability to work in a collaborative fastpaced environment.
