Job Description
Estimator / Quantity Surveyor
Our client a Specialist Facade Contractor are now seeking to appoint an Estimator who can do the following:
- Price tenders
- Perform Take Offs
- Negotiate with suppliers trades etc
- Manage QS side of projects
- Price variations
- Work with clients and build relationships
Requirements
- 3 years experience
- Knowledge of Facades advantageous
- Solid hit rate to tenders won
- Good negotiation and relationship building skills
