Job Description

We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic Full Time Certificate III Educatorto join our Centre at Wentworth Point! Key Responsibilities

Working closely with your fellow Educators and Centre Manager you will:

  • Inspire children through playbased learning and engaging experiences.
  • Plan and implement programs that empower children to lead their learning.
  • Create a safe inclusive environment that encourages creativity and resilience.
  • Build strong relationships with children families and team members.
  • Document and celebrate childrens developmental milestones.
  • Lead the curriculum and ensure practices align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.

About You

Youre energetic caring and dedicated to fostering childrens growth through creative adaptable and inquirybased tailored learning. You thrive in a collaborative environment contributing positively to a respectful and supportive culture. Empathetic and patient you take pride in building positive trusting relationships with children and their families.

To be eligible youll need a CompletedCertificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care Current First Aid and CPR Certificate Current Working with Children Check as well as a Child Protection Certificate.
