We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Senior Executive Talent Acquisition with a strong background in IT recruitment to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of recruitment including sourcing screening interviewing and hiring top technical talent for a variety of roles. This position requires a proactive individual who can thrive in a fastpaced environment and help scale our growing technology team.
Manage endtoend recruitment for IT roles including Software Developers QA Engineers DevOps Data Analysts IT Support and other tech positions.
Looking for someone who is open to work on any requirements whether it is IT/Non IT.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define job descriptions.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract toptier candidates through job portals LinkedIn referrals social media and campus recruitment.
Conduct initial screenings evaluate technical/nontechnical skills and coordinate interview schedules.
Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate with external vendors or staffing partners when necessary.
Maintain and update recruitment reports and dashboards regularly.
Keep abreast of the latest trends in tech hiring and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
36 years of experience in IT recruitment preferably in both agency and corporate environments.
Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter Naukri GitHub Stack Overflow etc..
Experience in handling multiple technical positions simultaneously.
Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Prior experience hiring for productbased or tech startups.
Understanding of technical skills and frameworks (e.g. Java Python .NET cloud platforms).
Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
