Vacancy: LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR / SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR Residential Lettings Agency
Location: Barnehurst Bexleyheath DA7
Salary: OTE: 40k
Position: Permanent Full Time
A keen selfmotivated dynamic and conscientious Lettings Negotiator or Senior Lettings Negotiator is required to join a highly professional local independent estate agency based at their offices in the Bexleyheath area.
You will need have previous experience in residential lettings and familiarity with the local area would be helpful.
You will also need to show commitment to personal and branch goals and be a confident team player.
You need to deliver exceptional customer service to build long term relationships with both Landlords Tenants and applicants to ensure repeat business and the reputation of the brand is upheld.
A generous salary and commission package will be offered to the right candidate and the company will consider a candidate who feels ready to step up to a more senior and responsible position.
We are looking for a candidate who is smart wellspoken articulate and who has the ability to close.

Skills required for this Senior Lettings Negotiator role will include:
- Experience in Residential Lettings
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- An exemplary telephone manner
- Well presented ambitious and selfmotivated
- Knowledge of the Bexleyheath and surrounding areas helpful
- Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
