Job Description
- Design develop and implement solutions using Zoho CRM Zoho Creator and other Zoho Zoho CRM modules workflows blueprints and automation to align with business processes.
- Build and manage custom apps using Zoho Creator including Deluge scripting.
- Integrate Zoho applications with thirdparty systems via APIs webhooks or Zoho Flow.
- Create reports dashboards and data visualizations across the Zoho suite.
- Gather and analyze requirements from business stakeholders.0
- Support troubleshoot and enhance existing Zoho implementations.
- Train endusers and document Zoho solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Zoho CRM and/or Zoho Creator.
- Experience in Deluge scripting and Zoho API integrations.
- Familiarity with other Zoho products such as: Zoho Books Zoho People Zoho Projects Zoho Desk Zoho Analytics Zoho Campaigns.
- Strong understanding of business workflows and CRM strategies.
- Excellent problemsolving analytical and communication skills.
