Product Owner
Location: Bath 23 days per week onsite)
Contract Type: 12Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)
Salary: Circa 70000 per annum (flexible for the right candidate)

We are looking for a talented Product Owner to join our team on a 12month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. Based in Bath with the flexibility of working 23 days onsite each week you will take ownership of critical product projects ensuring they align with business goals and deliver value to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and prioritise the product backlog.
- Drive the delivery of highquality solutions that meet business needs and timelines.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams acting as the bridge between technical teams and business units.
- Define and communicate clear goals ensuring alignment across all parties involved.
- Monitor progress identify risks and implement strategies to overcome challenges.
About You
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within IT or software delivery.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in wealth management or financial services is advantageous but not essential.
