Work Schedule: Hybrid Charlotte NC 28202
Interview Process: 1-2 rounds zoom/video
Mandatory Skills- Years of Experience: 3 years of experience in Product Ownership and Salesforce Platform Experience; Top Three Skills: -Problem solving -Communication -Collaboration; Required Skills: -Bachelors degree in business marketing information systems or a related field preferred. -3 years of experience in Product Ownership and Salesforce Platform Experience -Understanding of Salesforce platform functionality (e.g. Service Cloud Lightning Experience). -Ability to analyze data identify trends and translate findings into actionable insights. -Problem-solving skills to identify root causes and develop effective solutions. -Experience working within an Agile framework and managing tasks within a sprint cycle. -Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships. -Understanding of business processes and how Salesforce can support business objectives; Desired Skills: -Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are preferred; Ideal Candidate Profile: Reporting to the Director of the Associate Desktop for the Customer Care & Communications (C3) Team the Salesforce Platform Product Owner optimizes the Salesforce platform for Ally bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role defines user stories manages the product backlog and contributes to the platforms roadmap to meet business needs drive efficiency and improve user experience; Preferred Experience: -3 years of experience in Product Ownership -3 years of Salesforce Platform Experience -1 years of Financial Industry Experience; Tools or Technologies: -Salesforce -JIRA -Standard Microsoft tools; Education: Bachelors degree in business marketing information systems or a related field or equivalent work experience;
