Job Description
Location: Burnley (East Burnley)
Salary: 12.50 13.50 per hour (depending on experience)
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Sunday Fulltime evenings and weekends
Number of Sleeps Required: between 6 and 10
Pay Per Sleep: 8 per hour typically 10hours
Service: Childrens Home
Home: A Multi Bed Home for EBD/Mild LD Yps
Qualifications Required:
Level 4 NVQ Residential Childcare or Children and Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent
Full UK driving license (no driving points/disqualifications able to drive a manual car)
Experience in Years: Minimum of 1 year in a residential childcare setting or fostering
Employment Type: Permanent

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential childcare or fostering and will be dedicated to supporting children and young people in a safe and nurturing environment. You will be a proactive and capable leader ready to take charge of the daytoday running of the home and support the childrens wellbeing.
