You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAn assistant team leader ensures daily responsibilities are accomplished by employees on an assigned work shift. This includes delegating daily tasks answering employee questions and resolving issues. The assistant team leader often interviews potential employees along with supervisors and managers and assists in the employee selection process. At the end of each shift the assistant team leader completes all necessary reports for a supervisors review.

Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
Motivate team members.
Discover training needs and provide coaching.
Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.

Encourage creativity and risktaking.
Suggest and organize teambuilding activities
3 Years of experience in international BPO/RPO.
Indepth knowledge of performance metrics
Good PC skills especially MS Excel
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Organizational and timemanagement skills
Decisionmaking skills
A degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus
Fluent English
