About Aktion

We have a highgrowth technical environment with a workforce of over 200 professionals. We have a 3 year growth initiative to build our total workforce to 300. The workforce is highly skilled and consists of application consultants software engineers and networking engineers located throughout the U.S.
IT Systems Administrator / Consultant
Role and Responsibilities:
- Work as a Technology Partner with customers to architect and maintain their ideal IT environments.
- Serve as a Technology Advisor and deliver consulting services to support customer goals.
- Lead and Project Manage IT projects ensuring timely delivery scope alignment and high customer satisfaction.
- Balance multiple customers requests smaller projects and necessary meetings while meeting customer satisfaction expectations.
- Flexibility for working after business hours and weekends isis required at times.
Education Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in customer support in the field of computer systems servers and networking.
- Candidates should have strong skills in the following: Network skill sets configuring maintaining SonicWall Meraki and other vendor firewalls switches and wireless access points. Microsoft Windows Servers and Client Systems M365VMWare ESXi. Current certifications in any of these technologies will be highly considered.
- Experience with Sage 300 CRE would be very helpful to be a leader in this role.
- Other skills such asLinuxSAN Storage Mobile deployments Disaster Recovery and Cloud solutions wouldbe a plus but not required.
- Willing to travel locally 12 days a week maybe required but the ability to work and solve most technical issues through remote support is a must.
