Mission: To set up and enhance the operational efficiency and performance ofproduction workshops by implementing and improving manufacturingprocesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide process/methods support to workshops within automotive andsanitary heating sectors.
Collaborate with quality maintenance and production teams to drive continuousimprovement initiatives.
Facilitate the implementation of new projects in production including product andmachine launches.
Take proactive measures to address deviations in processes controls andproductivity.
Work collaboratively to resolve quality issues during nonconformities.
Modify CAD and production tools for process optimization and adjustments.
Update implementation plans to reflect changes and improvements.
Propose organizational or tooling improvements for enhanced productionefficiency.
Maintain uptodate manufacturing ranges and production instructions.
Manage tool variations across different machines.
Ensure compliance with process development procedures and instructions.
Adhere to Quality Safety and Environmental regulations and protocols.
Requirements
Skills:
Proficient in CAD software specifically Creo.
Indepth understanding of the Companys products and manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with production documents control ranges and instructions.
Mastery of assembly machine techniques including mechanics automationpneumatic and robotics.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
56 years experience in automotive industry
Proven experience in project management including planning budgeting and teammanagement.
Strong problemsolving abilities.
Proficiency in English.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques including special assemblymachines.
Competency in CAD including drawing rules updates and archiving.
