Job Description
As an Operations Trainee at SharePal you will learn & execute the forward/reverse operations process effectively and efficiently. The primary responsibilities include:
Manage the daily order book and ensure timely delivery & pickup of the orders.
Coordinate with the Ops executives and ensure that the standard operating procedures are followed properly.
Coordinating with customers in case of any orderrelated issues.
Resolve orderrelated issues on a priority basis and ensure a customer experience.
Coordinating with 3rd party courier partners for any delivery/pickuprelated issues.
Coordinating internal stock audits at the warehouse.
Assisting the operations manager with status updates and preparing reports.
Requirements
B.Tech/B.E. or UG in any specialization
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Good communication skills. English & Hindi
Comfortable working with multiple departments within the business
Benefits
INR 2.5 LPA to 3 LPA negotiable upon final round of interview
