Weve had an exciting opportunity open up in our Legal team as a Senior Legal Counsel and Company Secretary for Australia! This role is located in Sydney. Youll enjoy a varied role responsible for owning and further developing our Australian Legal function.
Were looking for people who love the idea of working in a dynamic innovative environment and who are as excited about our vision as we are. For the Senior Legal Counsel and Company Secretaryrole we are specifically looking for someone who:
- Has experience across a range of financial services corporate and governance matters in Australia
- Can deliver clear riskaware legal advice
- Is proactive responsive and able to operate with a high degree of independence and initiative
- is adaptable to change and is motivated by our vision and purpose
