Description
An individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
SUMMARY
To ensure that socks are neatly boarded and are 1st quality before they go to the packing stage.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lifts socks from buggies to boarding bins.
- Places socks on boarding forms.
- Straightens heels and toes.
- Inspects front and back of sock for defects and pushes reject button to reject off quality socks.
- Fill out production papers with appropriate information.
- Turn in production papers to Supervisor.
- Other duties assigned by management are a part of this job description.

- Positive attitude and ability to handle highly confidential information
- Ability to reflect positive attitude and disciplined work ethic
- Ability to work in a team

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience in being a selfstarter
- Ability to deal with internal/external customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Strong verbal written and interpersonal communication skills are essential
- Must possess confidence good judgment energy and the right personality to work in a challenging environment
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
None.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Must be able to read and write.
- Six months boarding experience.
KNOWLEDGE SKILL AND ABILITY
- Good manual dexterity and good vision.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job the employee is:
Regularly required to stand long periods use hands fingers reach with hands and arms feel or handle objects or controls.
Occasionally required to lift or move up to 35 pounds; walk talk hear and stoop or kneel.
