Job Description
Are you looking for camaraderie collaboration and a challenge If so our client wants you. We have an immediate need fora Corporate Associate with 35 years ofexperiencein middle market and lower middle market M&A and private equity transactions. This person can sit in any of our offices with a preference for Denver Los Angeles Santa Barbara Las Vegas or Washington DC
Additional experience with outside general counsel work is helpful but not required.While strong academic performance superb communication skills and a proven track record of success within a law firm are important criteria for this position we are interested in candidates that are growthminded thrive in a dynamic collaborative and fastpaced work environment and are interested in having a significant role on our deal teams.
