We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager with deep knowledge of the Toronto market and a proven track record in managing social media campaigns especially on platforms like TikTok and Xiaohongshu. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment and can create innovative strategies to engage diverse audiences. This is a full time permanent position working 100 onsite at our 1123 Leslie St office location.

- Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to the Toronto market with a focus on TikTok Xiaohongshu Instagram and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and manage content calendars ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.
- Collaborate with influencers and content creators to amplify brand reach and engagement.
- Use analytics tools to track performance optimize campaigns and generate actionable insights.
- Oversee paid social campaigns ensuring maximum ROI.
- Manage localized digital advertising initiatives and align them with broader marketing objectives.
- Monitor trends in social media audience behavior and competitor activity to adjust strategies proactively.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on social media management.
- Must have indepth knowledge of Torontos market and cultural landscape.
- Proven expertise in managing campaigns on TikTok and Xiaohongshu.
- Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to drive databased decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM is a plus.
Office Location and Working Hours: Leslie Street Office Mon to Fri 9:00am to 5:30pm.
