Role Purpose
The Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the growth goals of our priority accounts and customer segments. They will plan and implement customercentric campaigns using performance data and insight to make continuous improvements and achieve goals.
The Marketing Manager reports to the Marketing Director Audiences and ABM and will collaborate closely with the Global Marketing team to deliver on their plans. The ideal candidate will be a confident B2B marketing professional and a natural crossfunctional collaborator.
Main Responsibilities
Develop effective and compelling marketing strategies to support priority goals and drive growth within our highest priority accounts and customer segments
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and tactics in line with the strategy utilising the full marketing channel mix and martech stack
Continuously analyse and evaluate campaigns to improve performance and deliver on KPIs
Work with Product and Content Marketing to help build compelling narratives around Wood Mackenzies products and offerings
Work collaboratively with the global marketing team to maximise reach and performance of campaigns and to share best practices
Utilise customer and market insights to inform strategy and planning
Collaborate seamlessly with the leadership and commercial teams to maintain alignment on growth priorities and to ensure customercentricity is at the heart of all our campaigns
Effectively manage stakeholder relationships across the business and provide regular performance updates
Manage a budget and deliver on agreed ROI
About You
Previous experience in B2B organisations where you were responsible for developing the campaign strategy and delivering on the tactical plan
Relevant Bachelors degree or equivalent vocational qualifications
Experienced martech user (experience using Salesforce and Pardot is an advantage)
Comfortable using marketing performance metrics and insights to interpret trends and drive decision making
Agile and flexible marketer who can thrive in a fastpaced environment
Excels at problem solving and approaching issues in multiple ways
Strong customer focus both internal and external
Strong communication skills and a natural collaborator
Able to build and maintain effective crossfunctional relationships and comfortable working in a matrixed environment
A customerfirst growthoriented mindset
Knowledge of the energy renewables & commodity markets is a distinct advantage
