What youll do:
- Engage in open communication and regular reporting with project stakeholders advising on risks scope gaps and Value Management opportunities.
- Ensure risks identified in Design Reviews are actioned and closed out while coordinating file structures and Aconex systems with the team prior to project commencement.
- Assist Estimating and Business Development teams with concept design cost planning and support the tender/submission/ECI phase.
- Prepare maintain and monitor Design Programs and Budgets and manage design meetings workshops and consultant engagements.
- Focus on continuous improvement of design approaches systems procedures and documentation to enhance project efficiency.
Who you are:
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management and/or Architecture with experience in a similar role in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 environment.
- Extensive design experience with large new builds and fitouts and a sound understanding of design principles and compliance codes.
- Strong negotiation influencing communication and time management skills with exposure to SharePoint and Aconex.
- Excellent organisational skills and a strong teamfocused approach.
