The National Program Manager Operations Support is responsible for managing a maintenance program(s) that supports the companys property management operations. Program management includes development optimization and analysis of a programs operations designed to support a large portfolio of singlefamily rental properties. Examples of programs include but are not limited to (a) National Internet and Media Program (b) National Smart Home program (c) National Landscaping Program (d) ProCare services etc.
What Youll Do
Assist in development of maintenance program processes and procedures based on subject matter expertise in program area
Act as a subject matter expert for assigned operational programs
Train and support field teams to appropriately execute operational programs
Work with thirdparty vendors/partners to maximize impact of operational programs
Analyze maintenance department data and business processes to maximize operational efficiency and optimize expenses
Review and approve national maintenance invoices to ensure accurate GL coding costs margin percentages and credit allocations
Interface with management and accounting teams on national invoicing procedures and analysis
Track and analyze weekly maintenance expense trends to identify cost saving opportunities
Monitor maintenance activities related to insurable events (e.g. major storms) to ensure associated expenses are captured and allocated properly
Utilize various task flow management tools reporting and dashboards to achieve company and departmental goals
Resolve invoice disputes/errors and seek credits when owed
Perform other related duties or special projects as assigned
Travel up to 25 of the time to visit field and vendor offices
Who Were Looking For
High School diploma or GED
3 years of relevant experience in residential construction facility management and/or property management maintenance coordination
Experience reviewing and analyzing large data files primarily in Microsoft Excel
Experience in reviewing and approving vendor invoices and processing vendor invoices for payment
Analytical and results oriented
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
Ability to work well with others
Ability to work in fastpaced selfdirected entrepreneurial environment
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Excel and Outlook
Excellent time management skills
Possess Honesty Integrity and Work Ethic
