Ability to flex across multiple shifts daily inspection of 7 production lines
The QA Technician is primarily responsible for conducting daily line audits for all 6 lines pulling finished product samples sugar truck samples water samples and micro samples as needed. Also conducts various audits (line product & sanitation) for required lines.
MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIREMENTS & PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Review daily operations/production paperwork for Quality Compliance. Conduct finished product testing & other testing for all lines (water environmental etc..
High School Diploma or GED
Perform daily line audits / inspections.
Assist with Quality projects / R & D testing as required.
Ensure compliance to all Food Safety and GMP Procedures.
