Learner Advocacy & Stakeholder Management: Advocate for learners while balancing stakeholder needs and aligning with business strategies.

Content Strategy & Development: Oversee the creation and management of highquality relevant learning content.

Quality Assurance & Learning Analysis: Ensure content quality and use feedback to improve learning solutions.

Backlog Alignment & Continuous Improvement: Align the teams backlog with stakeholder needs and drive continuous improvement.

Leadership & Strategic Thinking: Provide strong leadership and strategic thinking focused on customer satisfaction.
