Overview
We are currently working with a boutique GoToMarket search firm operating in the Venturebacked Technology space. With a strong demand from the investment community to build out the GTM function at top Technology portfolio companies particularly within SaaS the Founder is seeking a fulldesk or sales focused search professionalwith experience working with Venturebacked Technology startups in the GoToMarket function to join as a Partner and further grow the business. They are a very methodological and process driven firm with a structure that allows you to spend more time advising and working with founders and ultimately maximize personal billings.
Responsibilities
- Client and revenue generation winning business from VCbacked portfolio companies.
- Partner with the firms Founder to further grow the business leverage the brand and win more work.
- Collaborate with the other Executive Search Directors to drive growth of the division.

Ideal candidate
- Contingent / Retained search experience with a track record of winning your own work. Minimum of $200k in independent origination.
- Experience working in core market of GTM search for Technology startups (VCbacked).
- Ability to work independently and autonomously with strong communication skills.
