Job Description
Role Overview :
We are seeking a Web3 Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing initiatives across social media platforms specifically targeting crypto communities. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Web3 cryptocurrency trends and blockchain technology and is skilled in creating and executing impactful social media strategies to build brand awareness and engage communities.
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies for platforms like Twitter (X) Instagram LinkedIn Reddit and Telegram.
- Create engaging content tailored to Web3 audiences including memes graphics videos and thoughtleadership posts.
- Actively engage with crypto communities respond to inquiries and foster meaningful conversations to build brand loyalty.
Crypto Twitter Marketing
- Build relationships with influential crypto figures including influencers and thought leaders.
- Host and participate in Twitter Spaces to discuss industry trends and product updates.
- Drive organic growth and engagement through Twitterspecific campaigns and announcements.
Instagram Marketing
- Design visually appealing and informative posts reels and stories that align with Web3 branding.
- Leverage Instagram analytics to refine campaigns and increase reach within targeted demographics.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce highquality visuals and videos.
Community Engagement
- Manage and grow online communities on Telegram Discord and Reddit.
- Organize AMAs (Ask Me Anything) giveaways and communitybuilding activities.
- Monitor and report community sentiment and feedback.
Campaign Management
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns including token launches NFT drops and product updates.
- Optimize paid social media campaigns for maximum ROI and engagement.
- Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Content Creation
- Write compelling blog posts newsletters and press releases about Web3 projects.
- Collaborate with the product and design teams to produce educational content that simplifies complex blockchain concepts.
Partnerships & Collaborations
- Identify and collaborate with other blockchain projects influencers and DAOs for crosspromotional opportunities.
- Coordinate sponsorships for crypto conferences webinars and hackathons
Requirements
Proven experience in Web3 marketing social media management and cryptofocused campaigns.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology DeFi NFTs and cryptocurrency trends.
Proficiency in social media tools (Hootsuite Buffer etc. and analytics platforms (Google Analytics Twitter Analytics etc..
Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
Experience with community management tools like Telegram Discord and Reddit.
Ability to work independently think creatively and adapt to fastpaced environments.
Strong network within the Web3 and crypto community is a plus.
