The Role
Were looking for a leader to take our developing workplace triage service and drive it to success. You will refine and implement processes lead the team and ensure the service aligns with Bodycares broader strategy in injury prevention and workplace health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in leading the operational setup and implementation of the triage service refining workflows and clinical protocols.
- Develop and implement necessary technology (e.g. telehealth case management tools).
- Build onboard and train the triage team overseeing the pilot phase and refining processes.
- Collaborate with the Head of Injury Prevention and Sales to position the service and assist in client education.
- Monitor service performance implement improvements and optimise staffing and resource allocation.
About you;
- 3 years of experience in workplace triage.
- Proven ability to train and lead highperforming teams with a strong focus on fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous development.
- Comfortable rolling up your sleeveswilling to take calls make appointments and handle daytoday tasks
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety injury management and telehealth solutions.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- A proactive resultsdriven approach with a focus on continuous improvement
