The Ohio Industrial Commission is seeking 3 three motivated legal interns to join our team in the Columbus Office. Gain handson experience in workers compensation law assisting with research case preparation and administrative hearings. Ideal candidates are law students with strong analytical skills and interest in public service.
This opportunity will help gain workers compensation experience for possible future employment as a hearing officer adjudicating claims and shaping Ohios workers compensation system.
Under the direction of the Regional Office Manager &/or designee aids the Regional Office in researching issues arising under Ohio Workers Compensation Laws & reviews medical & procedural issues in claims & compiles information.
