Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Finding out the placement requirements from the market/industry
- Visiting companies and getting the placement requirements
- Participating in Admission Selection interviews
- Taking classes on Work Place Readiness modules
- Taking Personal Counsellings to students
- Documentation works
- Accompanying students while participating in interviews
- Maintaining Placements data/records (Employers and students)
Essential Skills:
1. Good Communication Skills (English Hindi and Telugu)
2. Good Team player
3. Ability to handle and place the students
4. Strong knowledge/command over the placements industry
5.Willing to spend time in the community at grass root level on a regular basis
Education Qualification :
Graduate or Post Graduate
MBA (HR) is would be advantage
Preferred Experience :
2 years of experience as a Placements officer into IT Industry
