We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Training Coordinator Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands on experience in training and marketing coordination and support within a global organization. The intern will primarily assist in the creation and maintenance of regional SharePoint pages aligned with global templates draft and disseminate organizational announcements and safety communications manage training certification requirements and support data entry tasks.
Responsibilities Assist in the creation and maintenance of regional SharePoint pages to ensure alignment with global templates. Collaborate with team members to gather content and materials for SharePoint updates. Draft format and distribute organizational announcements employee spotlights safety communications and digitalization improvements and/or enhancements. Ensure all communications are clear concise and aligned with company standards. Assist in the organization and documentation of training materials and resources. Input and manage data in relevant templates and databases to ensure accurate records. Maintain organized documentation and facilitate easy access to departmentrelated information. Assist in planning and marketing events such as Zero Harm Week our annual Safety Symposium recruitment events or other organizational events. Collaborate with team members to develop promotional materials and communication strategies for events.
Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration Communication Marketing or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites Excel functions (Word Excel PowerPoint) and familiarity with SharePoint is a plus. Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Selfmotivated and eager to learn in a fast paced environment.
