Provide user and system support for 3500 users across multiple countries within the Kanadevia Inova Group.
Troubleshoot debug and escalate application issues to external support as needed.
Maintain and support the application across multiple environments including during updates.
Coordinate troubleshooting of interfaced applications and collaborate with the IT Infrastructure team and the application provider / host to maintain system performance
Ensure compliance (e.g. Segregation of Duties) and actively participate in Application Ownership meetings.
Qualifications :
Strong team player with excellent communication skills and commitment to quality.
Independent accurate work style with fast comprehension and initiative.
Skilled in problemsolving within dynamic innovative environments.
Experience in application support; IT project experience is a plus.
Fluent in English; German language skills are beneficial.
