Role Summary
We are looking for a resultsdriven and strategic Senior Marketing Specialist to lead the marketing efforts for our nonfood verticals including grocery pharmacy electronics flowers & cosmetics and pets. This role is responsible for developing and executing datadriven growth campaigns that drive acquisitions reorders and category penetration. The ideal candidate will leverage 360degree marketing tactics working across multiple channels to enhance user engagement optimize category performance and maximize return on investment (ROI).
Whats On Your Plate
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Brand teams to develop marketing campaigns that deliver on Bahrains growth targets.
- Develop and execute 360degree marketing strategies to accelerate the growth of nonfood verticals while ensuring alignment with Bahrains overall business goals.
- Build and execute 360degree multichannel and CRM campaigns to drive performance objectives (acquisitions and reorders).
- Utilize datadriven insights to identify categoryspecific growth opportunities optimize campaign performance and improve conversion rates.
- Work closely with the commercial and category management teams to codevelop categoryspecific promotions and partnerships that drive user demand.
- Collaborate with the regional and local teams to implement multichannel marketing campaigns including CRM digital offline activations and performance marketing to increase customer acquisition and retention.
- Support on the development and lead on the of endtoend growth campaigns.
- Ensure proper campaign gotomarket with a focus on measurement and reporting; tracking campaign results on a daily basis to control budget spending and enhance performance.
- Ability to understand the ROI and effectiveness of each campaign and tactics used and using these learnings for future campaigns.
- Understand customer behavior through analysis onground feedback from customers and sales to develop actionable insights.

- Succeeding in this role involves creating a balance between partnership strategy marketing strategy and business development.
- 4 years of experience in consumer marketing ecommerce online services or related experience with a proven record of delivering work with measurable results.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Preferably Bilingual in English & Arabic
- Strong project management & analytical skills.
- Ownership Skills: a highly motivated and proactive individual. Willing to roll up their sleeves and go the extra mile to drive results.
- Experience in campaign management preferably CRM / CVM in an ecommerce company.
- Strong stakeholder management and follow up skills with the ability to establish priorities and communicate expectations working with both internal and external stakeholders to push projects to completion.
