Job Description
The Sales & Service Specialist is a positive highenergy customerfocused position in a fastpaced tire and automotive service facility. Youll be provided with the opportunity to be a part of one of the fastestgrowing companies in metro Detroit.
What youll do:
- Build customer relationships
- Assess customers needs & Deliver exceptional customer service
- Assist in directing the workflow in the service department
- Meet and exceed defined sales goals and objectives
- Learn all aspects of store operations and effectively interact with our Customers.
- Sharing of ideas to improve process and customer experience
Qualifications
- Retail sales and/or customer service experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule.
- Valid drivers license
