Our client is seeking a Sales and Events Coordinator to join their dynamic Hosted Events Sales team! In this role you ll assist clients across Australia in planning unforgettable experiences from birthday celebrations to corporate team events and personalized wine tours.
If youre a people person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both sales and customer service this is the role for you. Sales experience is a bonus but if you have strong customer-facing skills and a passion for learning theyd love to hear from you.

Assist clients via phone and email with planning and booking events
Confidently recommend event packages tailored to client needs
Manage and respond to inbound sales inquiries
Deliver excellent customer service and manage related admin tasks
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution
Strong customer service skills with the ability to close sales
Experience in phone sales retail or customer support is a plus (but not required)
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Great problem-solving skills and calm under pressure
