- Collaborate with various business teams to understand and translate their needs into IT solutions.
- Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials modules including General Ledger Accounts Payable Account Receivable and Intercompany.
- Configure and customize Oracle Fusion applications to align with Business requirements and industry best practices.
- Translate business requirements from a design thinking mindset and Ensure compliance with company legal and audit standards.
- Establish technologies strategies on migrating ERP On Prem Finance modules to Oracle Fusion applications.
- Mitigate tech debt and risks issues.
- Ability to work on Architecture Specs and security deviations.
- Works with the PO and the Dev Manager to plan out security vulnerabilities risks and issues.
- Participate in planning definition and highlevel design of the solution and exploration of solution alternatives.
- Helping development team on critical solution development.
- Work with stakeholders to establish highlevel solution intent and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
